Farm town to bustling hub
What was previously agricultural land, has been transformed into a bustling residential and commercial hub. The Ticketpro Dome is a well known landmark that provides constant nightlife and live entertainment, drawing people from neighbouring cities. Numerous shopping centres provide locals with opportunities for retail therapy and socialising. Luxurious estates, private schools, top-class healthcare, retirement villages and other facilities are contributing to the upward trend in this bustling, rapidly developing area.

Experience Northriding to Lanseria
What I find most rewarding is the biodiversity. I can get up on a Sunday morning, get on my bike and within a matter of 20 minutes I'll be in the bushveld at Magaliesburg or Hartbeespoort dam.
These suburbs are near the Lanseria International Airport, and are very convenient for frequent travellers. Business has a presence in this neighbourhood in the form of Northlands development - a series of business parks that spread over a million square metres of land. However, Northriding manages to maintain a peaceful and rural lifestyle on the edge of the city.
The Lion Park is a wonderful trip for the whole family to experience wildlife at its finest, just minutes away from the suburbs. The Bel Air Shopping Centre is in the heart of North Riding and offers a diverse shopping experience, with variety of retail shops and restuarants. Golden Harvest Park is situated just behind the Northgate Coca Cola Dome, and is a great day out for the whole family, pets included.
Northgate Shopping Mall is a well-known shopping landmark in this area, with a wide variety of stores and brands available. The Northgate Ice RInk is a popular spot for adults, teenagers and kids alike, with popular music playing and well maintained rink.
The Coca Cola Dome is an event venue featuring every major international artist touring indoors, as well as other entertaining shows. This neighbourhood is known for its multitude of dining opportunities ranging from the more kid friendly restaurants to upmarket, trendy spots.
