The gardens and trees are all irrigated and the 4 hectare property has over 150m of unspoiled river frontage. It is situated only 5 minutes from the town of Stilbaai with its blue flag beaches.

The Main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lounge , dining room, TV room , Kitchen and scullery with amazing views of the river. There are 4 guest rooms all on suite with private patios and braai areas which are currently rented as a self catering guest house or can be part of a large family home.

There is also a separate flatlet with its own patio and braai area with river views.

The pool area is totally private and sheltered from the wind with its own entertainment area and toilet. All rooms have air conditioning as well as DSTV, WiFi and there is a 13kva solar system which is sufficient to run the entire property during load shedding.
